Saturday, November 10th
at 6:30 in the evening
Complimentary appetizers, soft drinks and Entertainment provided.
Music by local band The Flywheels Silent and Live Auctions
A cash bar will be available.

At 6:30pm the bar opens, social gathering begins and the silent auction tables available for bidding.
At approximately 8pm the Silent
Auction will close and the live auction will begin. This should help speed up the checkout process for our guests.
We love donations! As a thank you, donors receive a free ticket to attend the Gala. Donations should be arranged and dropped off by November 1st to ensure plenty of time to
prepare our auction catalog.
